CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 Jiffy corn bread mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green or red onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Melt butter, then add other ingredients. Mix to blend. Pour into a 12 x 7 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees. Check after 20 minutes. When corn bread is done, it is ready to enjoy. Before taking from oven, sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.
