FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
10 oz. 7-Up or Sprite
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. fresh strawberries
Red food coloring
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
A few berries for top

Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of 7-Up. Mix sugar and 7-Up in boiler, bring to boil; add cornstarch and cook until thick. Add red food coloring. Place strawberries in 9-inch deep baked pie shell. Pour filling over berries; after pie cools, top with cream or Cool Whip. Decorate with reserved berries.
