STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. hot cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz process cheese spread
Dash of pepper
Dash of basil
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Remove top and seed from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes, drain. Brown meat, drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in rice, cheese spread and seasonings. Fill peppers. Place in baking dish. Top with crumbs tossed with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
