SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese spread
4 c. sliced cooked potatoes, from leftover potatoes)

Melt butter; blend in soup mix, milk, and flour. Stir until fluffy. Stir in cheese, add potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
