SCALLOP POTATOES 
5 or 6 sliced potatoes
1 diced onion
1 1/2 c. milk
About 2 inch chunk Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper

In saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups milk, cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Using 1/2 cup milk, combine with 2 tablespoons cornstarch, add to above. Heat until butter is melted, and cheese has melted. Add the mixture to potatoes and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan.
