CHOCOLATE PEANUT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

LAYER #1:
1/2 c. peanut butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. XX sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

LAYER #2:
1 sm. box vanilla pudding
1 sm. box chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

TOPPING:

Rest of Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
1-2 Hershey bars, grated over top

Mix ingredients for crust. Spread nuts into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Cream butter and cream cheese. Add XX sugar and mix well. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Combine pudding and milk, beat until very thick. Spread on previous layer. Refrigerate. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and grated chocolate on Cool Whip.
