PEANUT BRITTLE ICE BOX DESSERT | |
8"x8" pan 1 can Eagle Brand milk 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. peanut brittle, ground Approximately 18 graham crackers Stir Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice together until thickened. Fold in peanut brittle. Line a square pan with waxed paper, then a layer of graham crackers. Cover with mixture. Repeat. Top with layer of crackers. Let stand in ice 12 hours or longer. Slice and serve with whipped cream. Serves 8. |
