ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 3 eggs, beaten 1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter, melted 4 c. fresh bread cubes Place bread cubes in 2 quart casserole. Add sugar and butter. Combine eggs and milk; add to bread (folding in). Fold in pineapple. Mix slightly. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Delicious as a side dish with pork or poultry. |
