ENGLISH TAFFY DESSERT 
1 c. soft butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 squares melted baking chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/4 lb. graham crackers, crushed

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add 3 egg yolks, beaten melted chocolate, chopped walnuts and beaten egg whites. Crush graham crackers, place in medium sized pan and add the entire mixture and cover with crumbs. Chill. Can be made the day before. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
