ENGLISH TOFFEE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1 c. soft butter, not melted
2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. baking chocolate, melted
4 eggs, not beaten
1 tsp. vanilla or peppermint flavoring

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with 2/3 of crumb mixture. For Filling: Beat ingredients in mixer in order given, should be fluffy. Pour over crumbs in pan. Pour the rest of crumbs over top of filling. Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
