RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
8 oz. chopped dates
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix 8 oz. chopped dates and Eagle Brand milk. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread on Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool.

Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of crackers. You can stack them if you let them cool overnight. Makes 3 or 4 dozen.
