RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
19 Ritz crackers
14 dates

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add 1 cup sugar, baking powder, vanilla, and nuts. Crumble in Ritz crackers and chopped dates. Stir gently. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cover with whipped cream and serve.
