1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 bar German's chocolate, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding

Mix and bake in greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
