BLUEBERRY CHILLS | |
40 graham crackers or 2 pkg., crushed 6 tbsp. sugar 2/3 c. butter, melted 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. whipping cream (you can use Cool Whip) 1 c. powdered sugar 2 cans blueberry pie filling Mix crushed crackers, sugar and butter. Press mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool. Then mix cream cheese, whipping cream and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread over crumb mixture. When spreading mixture on crumbs, it's best to start on the outside of pan and work your way to the middle. Top with blueberry pie filling. Freeze at least 2 hours. Thaw before serving. |
