MEXICAN TOMATO BROTH 
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) beef broth
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1/8 tsp. oregano or thyme

Mix everything in pan. Simmer 5 minutes or until hot. Serve with crackers or corn chips. Easy for kids to make.
