MEXICAN TOMATO SAUCE 
2 tbsp. or 1/4 c. butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. celery, chopped into small pieces (inside leaves are also good for this)
Salt

Cook onion in butter 5 minutes. Add other ingredients except seasonings. Cook 15 minutes, then add seasonings.
