BREAD DOUGH FOR PIZZA 
4 2/3 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. leaf lard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 env. yeast
1 1/8 c. warm water

Place flour on pastry board, add lard, salt, pepper, yeast and warm water and work well until smooth. Place in large pan, cover and let rise in warm place 2 hours or until double in bulk. Place on floured board and pound lightly to deflate. Divide into 2 pieces and stretch each piece on bottom of greased 12 inch pie plate. Let your imagination wander and make your pizza!
