CORN CHOWDER 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 stick melted butter
1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Stir all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish - 2 or 2 1/2 quart size. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
