THREE BEAN CHILI CHOWDER 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can white Great Northern beans, drained
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
3/4 - 1 c. picante sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef

OPTIONAL GARNISHES:

Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Chopped fresh cilantro
Green onion slices
Sour cream

Brown ground beef. Drain and add all ingredients except optional garnishes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls; add desired garnishes.
