CLAM CHOWDER 
1 med. potato, diced
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. can clams, save juice
1 1/4 tbsp. salt
2 2/3 c. milk
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 cube butter
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
Old Bay to your taste

Simmer vegetables in clam juice about 10 minutes. Make a white sauce with ingredients. Cook over medium heat. Add vegetables and clams to sauce. Before serving, stir in sour cream and heat. Serves 4.
