COTTAGE CHEESE SQUARES 
1 c. soft butter
1 c. cottage cheese (dry)
2 c. sifted flour
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. jam
Powdered sugar for dusting

Cream butter and cottage cheese. Cut and work in flour. Work with hands. Wrap and chill well. Roll out, cut in 2 inch squares. 1 teaspoon jam on center. Fold corners to center. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. 4 dozen.
