CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Cool. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix oil, cooled chocolate, and sugar in bowl. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Chill, covered for 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Roll mixture by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar. Arrange on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies test done. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
