CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners sugar

Melt chocolate. Mix oil, chocolate & sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Stir and place in covered bowl in refrigerator for several hours. Roll into balls, dip in confectioners sugar. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes.
