4 lg. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
3 eggs
Sm. can Carnation milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. lemon flavor
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon (I prefer cinnamon)
1 c. sugar

Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain potatoes. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350 degrees until firm.
