QUICK AND EASY BARBECUE CHICKEN | |
1 fryer, cut up or choice parts SAUCE: 1 stick butter 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp. "Texas Pete", optional Heat and blend all ingredients in saucepan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken on pan with rack. Salt and pepper chicken. Brush or spoon sauce on chicken side. Cook 25 minutes, 375 degrees. Turn chicken. Cover with sauce. Cook 25 minutes more at 375 degrees. |
