FRESH APPLE POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh apples, chopped
1 c. black walnuts

Mix sugar, oil, and eggs 3 minute son medium speed. Add flour, salt, soda, and vanilla. Fold in nuts and apples. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Use a loaf pan.
