FRESH FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 c. dates, pitted & halved
1 pt. strawberries, halved
1 1/2 c. fresh pineapple wedges
1 avocado cut into balls or cubes & dipped in lemon juice
1/2 c. white Port wine

Arrange fruit in tall sherbet glasses. Drizzle a little Port wine over each glass and chill before serving.
