CHIPPED HAM | |
1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. diced ham 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. cold water 1/2 c. frozen peas Heat milk in saucepan. Add ham. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix flour with water until smooth. Pour into hot mixture. Add peas. Cook until peas are heated through. Serve over microwaved baked potatoes. Serves 2. |
