CHIPPED HAM 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced ham
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. frozen peas

Heat milk in saucepan. Add ham. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix flour with water until smooth. Pour into hot mixture. Add peas. Cook until peas are heated through. Serve over microwaved baked potatoes. Serves 2.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
