PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1 c. water

Put all in pan cook and stir until spins long thread. Then add 2 cups roasted peanuts and cook until begins to turn yellow. Then remove from heat and add:

1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir until mix good and pour out on greased cookie sheet. Let set until cool and break in pieces.
