CHICKEN A LA KING 
3 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. flour
Pepper
1 can broth + 2 c. water + 3 bouillon cubes
1/3 c. nonfat DRY milk
1 can peas
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. apple juice
1 tsp. parsley
Cornstarch
1 can mushrooms
Mashed potatoes

Heat oil in pot, add flour and cook briefly, stirring. Pour in chicken stock, dry milk, water, bouillon and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute. Add mushrooms, chicken, pepper, juice, peas, seasoning. Thicken with cornstarch if necessary. Serve over mashed potatoes.
