DELICIOUS BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
15 med. potatoes
Milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated chedder or Jack cheese
Extra grated cheese for topping
1/8 c. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook peeled, sliced potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with enough milk to fluff. Mix in sour cream, grated cheese, grated onion, salt and pepper. Put in buttered baking dish and top with extra grated cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Note: Potatoes can be made ahead of time. Refrigerated and baked just before serving.
