POTATOES - BAKED MASHED | |
9 lg. potatoes 6 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper 2 tsp. onion salt 2 tbsp. butter Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water. Drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light. Cool. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. To use, place desired mount in a greased casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350°F until heated through. These will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. |
