EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 half chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 eggs, lightly beaten
4 oz. (1 c.) Italian style bread crumbs (such as Progresso)
2 oz. (1/2 c.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoning salt (such as Lawry's)
6 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
32 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce (plain or mushroom)
Vegetable oil for frying

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning salt in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in egg; coat liberally with combined bread crumb, Parmesan cheese, and salt mixture. Fry in hot pan with minimum oil until chicken is fully cooked and coating is at least medium brown. Place in baking pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Place cheese slices on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Allow to cool slightly before serving. 4 portions, but so good you may need to make more for 4 people!
