EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lb. stew beef
1 med. onion
6 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
6 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can beef broth
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. basil or Italian seasoning

Put beef, onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes in large baking dish. Mix beef broth, salt, sugar, flour, and basil or Italian seasoning and pour over vegetables and beef. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
