SPINACH SALAD & POPPY SEED
DRESSING
 
1 bunch fresh spinach
4 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onions
3 hard boiled eggs

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. onion juice
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed

Wash, drain and tear spinach into bite-size pieces. Combine with bacon, green onions and egg which have been sliced. Combine dressing ingredients and blend in the blender for a few seconds. Pour over prepared salad. You will need the entire amount of dressing for 1 salad.
