GLAZED CARROTS (SWEET & SOUR) 
7 c. carrots, peeled, sliced diagonally & cooked (while carrots are cooking make sauce)
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Mix all. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Will keep in refrigerator a long time.
