TERIYAKI BROILED CHICKEN 
6 sm. chickens, split, backbone removed, fat & skin cut away
1 1/2 - 2 c. soy sauce
1 c. sherry
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. grated fresh ginger
Grated rind of 1 orange
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rosemary

Marinate chicken at least 3 hours. Broil or grill chicken until done. Very good served cold.
