1 sm. head lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (thaw under cold water)
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) shredded cheese
1 chicken, boiled and deboned, cut into cubes
3 boiled eggs, sliced

Layer each ingredient. Spread mayonnaise on top of peas like frosting. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over mayonnaise. Sprinkle cheese, chicken, eggs, and bacon on top. Refrigerate. Serves up to 10 people.
