1 head lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar, mixed in mayonnaise
8 strips bacon, crumbled
4 oz. shredded sharp cheese

In 9x13 inch baking dish, layer lettuce on bottom. peas/celery, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese on top.
