1 head lettuce (shredded)
6 tomatoes (diced)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 med. can Brooks Chili Beans (drained)
1 bag Dorito Taco Chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (taco flavor if possible)
1 bottle 7-Seas Creamy Italian Dressing
Salt and pepper, optional

Chill all ingredients except chips before mixing. A low calorie Creamy Italian dressing may also be used. I usually double this recipe for reunions, etc.
