RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 to 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice (reserved), drain pineapple reserving juice
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

In saucepan, mix brown sugar and cornstarch together. Stir in juices and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thickened. Stir in raisins and pineapple.
