12 slices bacon (fried crisp & chopped)
1 c. pecans (chopped)
4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
2 or 3 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon and pour into a serving dish. Good warm or chilled. Serve with Ritz Crackers, Waverly Crackers, or Cracked Pepper Corn Crackers. Truly a Terrific Dip! Enjoy!
