GERMAN BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 sweet pepper (opt.)
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 (#2) can pork & beans
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until brown. Add catsup, mustard, beans, salt and pepper and let simmer for 1/2 hour. (These beans get better and better the more they are warmed over.)
