RIBS COUNTRYSTYLE 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. country-style spareribs
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. apricot preserves

Sprinkle spareribs with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper. Place on rack in roasting pan with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

In small bowl combine apricot preserves and remaining 1/4 cup water. Brush on spareribs. Bake uncovered 1 hour longer. Brush occasionally with preserves.
