RENDEZVOUS RIBS 
Sprinkle mix: (for 4 to 5 pounds of ribs)

4 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Mix well and put in shaker. Spread lightly on meaty side of ribs. Let set 30 minutes before cooking. Put on grill. Cook as usual.
