3 lb. ribs cooked 45-50 min. or until tender 1 c. catsup 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. prepared mustard 1/4 c. butter 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In medium saucepan combine the ingredients except ribs. Simmer 20 minutes. Put ribs in baking dish. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake about 2 minutes. Refrigerate leftover sauce. |
