RIBS 
4 lbs. ribs
4 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Cook ribs slowly for 1 hour. Take ribs and squeeze grease off with paper towels. Sprinkle sauce over ribs and let stand 1/2 hour. Continue cooking ribs for 15 or 20 minutes or until done.
