BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
3 beaten eggs
1 unbaked pie shell

mix flour and sugar, combine with butter and eggs. Add milk, vanilla and coconut. Pour in pie shell.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is done.
