WALNUT CRANBERRY FREEZE 
3 1/2 c. cranberries, ground or finely chopped
1 3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In a large bowl combine cranberries and sugar; stir in pineapple and walnuts. In separate bowl blend cream cheese; gradually add cranberry mixture, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and freeze. Cut into squares for serving.

Yields 24 servings.
