MISS JENNIE'S PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. sweet milk, (canned evaporated milk if preferred)
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix and beat until smooth. Bake in one crust in moderate oven at 425 degrees. Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
